I have decided to do a 30 day Bikram challenge. That means in 30 days, 30 sessions of Bikram Yoga.
Check this out:
I wrote an earlier post about Bikram. How much I am really, really liking it. I started this post on July 20 and right this moment it is July [...]

An excellent read on Restorative Justice and a life well lived.
I am so passionate. It runs intense or not at all for me. So I read this book in less than 24 hours. I got home around 10 pm, to find Dreams from the Monster Factory had arrived in the mail.
I can’t remember the first time I heard about this book. I do remember seeing [...]

I can’t get very far from blogging, speaking from the heart.
I did a recent post that was speaking from the heart, it was about my relationship to my work right now. It feels good to write and there is something about sharing in a way to think it could help others. When I didn’t post for two days this week, it was on my mind. [...]

I thought I knew better.
I wrote a grant for a major project. I know when you get the grant money that means you do the project. I got a grant to write a book. I hadn’t written much since college. That was over 10 years ago. I didn’t put that part in the grant. : [...]

A great resource supporting school-based RJ.
The majority of trainings I do are for schools wanting to implement school-based Restorative Justice. This is only one aspect of my job.
I have found the more research and evidence I can share the better. I seriously believe in building a foundation. I also say “nothing new under the Sun”. I have found that field [...]
